Cookie policy
BoldBadge stores only what the site needs to work - your basket and your sign-in. There is no advertising or analytics tracking.
This policy explains what BoldBadge does with personal information, who it is shared with, and the rights you have over it. BoldBadge is a service of NS GROUP SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number [şirket numarası], registered office [kayıtlı adres]. You can reach us at info@boldbadge.com.
The short version
BoldBadge stores only what the site needs in order to work: your basket and, if you sign in, the fact that you are signed in. There is no advertising, no analytics and no tracking across other websites. Because nothing here is used to profile you, no consent banner stands between you and your order - but you can clear all of it at any time from your browser settings.
What is stored
- Your basket. Kept in your browser so that what you picked is still there if you reload the page or come back later. It never leaves your device until you place the order.
- Your sign-in. If you sign in to see your past orders, a sign-in token is kept in your browser so you do not have to sign in on every page.
- A short note while you set up a Direct Debit, so the payment can continue where it left off when you come back from the bank's page. It is removed as soon as the payment is finished.
- Staff and admin sign-ins, for restaurant staff only. These are kept for the browser session and are gone when the tab is closed.
What is not stored
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, social media pixels or anything that follows you to other websites. We do not sell or share this information.
Stripe
Payments are taken by Stripe. Stripe sets its own cookies on its payment form in order to process the payment and to prevent fraud. Those are necessary for the payment to work and are explained in Stripe's own privacy policy.
Clearing it
You can delete everything BoldBadge has stored by clearing site data for boldbadge.com in your browser settings. Your basket will be emptied and you will be signed out; nothing else is affected. Blocking storage entirely still lets you browse the site, but the basket cannot be kept between pages.
Changes
If what we store changes, this page changes with it.
