Terms of service
These are the terms a restaurant agrees to when it joins BoldBadge. They are the same terms printed on your agreement, and a copy of the wording in force on the day you sign is kept with your agreement.
Supplier: NS GROUP SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES LTD
1. What this agreement covers. The supplier provides the BoldBadge ordering and till service, together with any devices and set-up listed in the agreement.
2. Fees. One month is paid when this agreement is accepted. After that the monthly fee is collected on the agreed collection day, starting the following month, and each collection covers that month. No part-month charges are made.
3. One-off amounts. Devices, installation and any past usage shown as one-off are charged once, when this agreement is accepted.
4. Devices. Devices listed as purchased belong to the restaurant once paid for. Devices supplied on loan remain the supplier's property and are returned when the agreement ends.
5. Term and notice. This agreement runs month to month. Either side may end it with 30 days' written notice. Amounts already collected for the current period are not refunded.
6. Support. Support is provided during normal working hours by phone and email. Faults that stop the till taking orders are treated as urgent.
7. Service availability. The supplier aims to keep the service available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and is not liable for losses caused by internet, power or third-party card provider failures.
8. The restaurant's responsibilities. The restaurant keeps its menu, prices and opening times correct, and keeps its sign-in details private.
9. Data. The restaurant owns its own menu, order and customer data. The supplier processes it only to run the service and does not sell it. A copy can be requested at any time.
10. Price changes. The monthly fee may change with 30 days' written notice. The restaurant may end the agreement before the change takes effect.
11. Non-payment. If a collection fails, the supplier may suspend the service after notifying the restaurant, and will restore it once payment is made.
12. Law. This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.
